Skyview Acres comprises approximately 120 acres with 49 residences. No land is available and no existing property can be subdivided. Skyview is bordered to the south by 75 acres of town-owned parkland and to the north by 100 acres of protected parkland/farmland. All in all, about 300 acres of permanently undevelopable land.
There is virtually no traffic throughout and no streetlights to interfere with stargazing.
Rabia and Paul Nagin are community activists and environmentalists. Paul is a computer scientist and entrepreneur. Rabia is a writer and special education teacher. They have hosted hundreds of fundraisers, environmental workshops, musical events and social gatherings, since building their dream EcoTaj thirteen years ago.
